A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

We're very excited to have Dr Helen Szoke and Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo as our panelists.

Nerina is the Managing Director of Melbourne Water. She leads the organisation in delivering its vision of enhancing life and liveability and providing essential water, sewerage, drainage and waterway services for the greater Melbourne Region.

She has extensive experience in asset management, infrastructure operations, project delivery and business improvement and over 21 years of experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on delivering strategy and performance improvement.

Helen is a strong advocate for human rights and has extensive experience in management, advocacy and public presentations, with a career spanning community, health, education, regulation and international development,

She sits on Advisory Boards which are addressing bullying, discrimination and harassment in medical specialties and also led the Review into Sexual Harassment in Victorian Courts. She was the inaugural Chair of You Matter, an independent charity supporting women who are relocated following domestic violence.
