Join us for our May sundowner to hear from Dr Kate Riddell of Marsden Jacob Associates about "Centring your project in a bigger picture" a wide-angle view of your strategic impact"
From February to October the WA Branch Committee will host monthly informal networking events in the form of after-work Sundowner drinks. May Guest Speaker
|
Dr Kate Riddell, Marsden Jacob Associates |
Social impact assessment and effective stakeholder management & communication are important to securing support for projects. When it comes to this we tend to focus on our immediate sphere(s) of influence, often unaware that a project’s impact can be more broadly experienced. A wide-angle approach that aligns anticipated project benefits with a client’s broader strategic goals and objectives, could enhance your success in securing their support. Kate will provide her insights on Centring your project in a bigger picture: a wide-angle view of your strategic impact.
