The QWater'23 Conference themed "Making This Decade Matter" will focus on the critical period ahead for water in Queensland.
QWater'23 aims to emphasize the urgency and significance of the practical steps and actions that need to be taken to ensure the long-term sustainability of water for our many needs.
The conference will explore learnings and industry reflections from our past efforts, the innovative approaches going forward, and the transformation needed to address the challenges of population growth, accessibility and equity, climate change, and water scarcity.
By fostering collaboration among researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders, the conference seeks to drive meaningful change, empowering Queensland to navigate the coming decade with optimism and confidence.
