NSW Legends of Water 2022
The NSW Branch is once again celebrating the Legends of Water for 2022! This is a night not to be missed as we recognise the leaders of the NSW water industry.
The NSW Legends of Water Dinner recognises the achievements of water industry leaders who have not only been committed to creating a more sustainable water future but have dedicated their careers to promoting the importance of water in their respective fields. This annual event brings together attendees from across the water sector.

Danielle Baker Director Water Analytics, NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment Danielle is a principal water resources scientist with 20 years’ experience in the water industry and applied science and engineering fields. Danielle leads teams with expertise across civil and environmental engineering, data analytics, data management, spatial and remote sensing, to deliver multi-disciplinary projects. Danielle has lead digital transformation in water knowledge through the development and adoption of new methodologies, data and optimisation tools, and partnering for data analytics, and web and application product development. Danielle supports and encourages teams to collaborate, innovate, excel, and celebrate their accomplishments. |

Greg Mashiah Manager Water Cycle, Clarence Valley Council Greg is a civil/environmental engineer specialising in water cycle management and raising community awareness. Greg joined Maclean Shire Council (now amalgamated into Clarence Valley Council) as Design Engineer in 2001. In October 2004 Greg was appointed as Manager Water and Wastewater at Clarence Valley Council (now titled Manager Water Cycle) and is responsible for drinking water, sewerage, floodplain and coastal management. |

Seating at the dinner will be allocated with ten individuals to a table. To purchase a "Corporate Table" please purchase 10 x individual tickets.

COVIDSafe Event Guidelines:
The Australian Water Association has closely followed Government recommendations to develop COVIDSafe Guidelines for AWA events going forward. These guidelines will be in place at this event and have been developed to ensure attendee health and safety. Your support is also essential to keep this event COVIDSafe. We ask that delegates observe good hygiene and physical distancing at the event, where possible. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event. Please email events@awa.asn.au at least 24 hours prior to the event if you are unable to attend due to illness. Under these circumstances a transfer of your registration to a colleague will be accepted at no cost. If Government restrictions impact your ability to attend, or AWA's ability to hold the event, an AWA team member will be in touch to discuss your registration.
