"Putting the PR into PRW"

Purified Recycled Water (PRW) has travelled a long journey in Queensland from a drought driven necessity, through to standby, to go live readiness and back again.

Throughout this cycle, PRW has yet to capture the broad support and acceptance required to be activated as a regular part of the Southeast Queensland water supply and remains the drought stand-by option while new manufactured water sources are considered.

There is widespread support for PRW within the water industry, with numerous case studies of its adoption both within Australia and globally that have helped demonstrate its viability as a safe and reliable water source.

If the science is sound, then does PRW have a Public Relations problem?

This discussion panel event is intended to be a guided call to action for the water industry to think differently about how we take the important discussion and debate around PRW forward.
