National Biosolids Conference 2023
The National Biosolids Conference 2023 is now open for Early-Bird Registration
The biennial conference will be returning to Sydney in 2023 for the first time since 2019. The conference will be held on the 8th & 9th of February at Ariel, University of Technology Sydney, with the theme Champions for Sustainability.
The event program details an exciting lineup of speakers and engaging content, with the conference examining key developments in the industry.
With both national and international speakers, the role of industry, regulators and community in sustainable biosolids management and end-use will be explored.
International Keynote Speakers Dr Sally Brown and Rick Lancaster will be discussing globally relevant issues and solutions presenting The Role of Biosolids in Environmental Stewardship and A Global Perspective of Sustainable Bioresource Strategies - A Paradigm Shift in the Sector respectively.
Additionally, Panel Discussions with leading experts will cover Biosolids beneficial use, risk management and regulation in practice, featuring panelists from state EPA's and Government Departments.
Furthermore, post-conference there will be a site tour on the 10th to the Malabar Wastewater Treatment Plant for those interested in getting into the action and seeing the day-to-day operations of biosolids.
