Become a Water Ambassador
Inspire the next generation
As a member of the Association, you have the opportunity to become a Water Ambassador and connect with schools across Australia to take part in boosting water literacy and careers, both during National Water Week and year-round.
Our Water Ambassadors play an important role in improving water literacy and raising awareness of careers working with water during National Water Week and year-round. As a Water Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to organise fun interactive activities and share your experience and knowledge with school students.
Schools registered as part of the Program and/or National Water Week have access to leading water professionals to complement their water studies and engage with themes.
Why be a Water Ambassador?

You’ll have the opportunity to showcase projects, research and innovation – and their impact on the environment, communities and our shared water future. As well as engaging a new generation in the water cycle, your professional profile is boosted as you hone your communication and public speaking skills.
